Reformer Room
Our Reformer Studio features 16 Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers, a curated range of Pilates equipment, and weights to support strength, stability, mobility, and control.
With a quality sound system and calming studio environment, every class is designed to help you feel focused, connected, and present in your movement. Whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, our welcoming space offers the perfect setting to move, strengthen, and progress with intention.
Mat Room
A warm, tranquil space designed to help you move, stretch, strengthen, and unwind. Our Mat Room features adjustable heating up to 35°C, creating the perfect environment for heated Pilates, yoga, mobility, and restorative practices. Soft, calming lighting enhances the serene atmosphere, allowing you to feel grounded and present throughout your practice.
The studio is equipped with a variety of props and equipment, including weights, Therabands, supportive bolsters, yoga blocks, foam rollers, and more, providing options to modify, challenge, and personalise your movement. Whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or simply taking time to reset, this is your space to move with intention.
Clinical Room
A private, welcoming space dedicated to personalised care, rehabilitation, and movement. Our Clinical Room is designed to support physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, rehabilitation, and individualised movement programs, with professional equipment and a calm, comfortable environment.
Each session is tailored to your needs, whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, building strength, or working towards better movement and function. Our approach combines clinical expertise with purposeful movement, helping you move with confidence and progress towards your goals.
Changerooms and Shower Facilities
Freshen up and get ready with ease in our thoughtfully designed change rooms and shower facilities. We offer two accessible washrooms and two accessible shower facilities, providing comfort and convenience before or after your session.
Each space is equipped with Dyson hairdryers and hair straighteners, making it easy to freshen up before heading to work, or get ready to continue your evening plans after class.
