Reformer - Traditional

Build strength, stability, and control through a full-body workout on the Pilates reformer. Using spring-based resistance, along with reformer props including straps, boxes, Pilates rings, and exercise balls, these classes challenge balance, coordination, and core strength while improving posture, flexibility, and overall movement quality. Suitable for all fitness levels, with progressions and modifications available.

Reformer- Strength

A progression from our Traditional Reformer classes, Reformer Strength combines Pilates spring resistance with external strength training tools such as dumbbells to build muscular strength, endurance, and stability. This low-impact, full-body workout delivers the benefits of gym-based strength training while maintaining the core-focused control, precision, and alignment principles of Pilates. Suitable for all fitness levels, with progressions and modifications available.

Reformer- Cardio

Elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance with Reformer Cardio. Building on the foundations of Reformer Strength, this high-energy class combines Pilates spring resistance, strength training, and low-impact plyometric interval training to improve cardiovascular fitness, power, and muscular endurance. Expect dynamic, full-body movements that deliver a challenging workout while maintaining the core control, precision, and alignment principles of Pilates.

Reformer- Strength and Stretch

Combining the strength-building benefits of our Reformer Strength class with an extended focus on flexibility and recovery, Strength & Stretch delivers a balanced full-body workout. The class concludes with an additional 15 minutes of guided static stretching, using the reformer’s spring resistance to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension and stiffness, and enhance overall movement quality. This class is ideal for those looking to build strength while dedicating extra time to flexibility, recovery, and mindful movement.

Heated - Mat Pilates

Experience a dynamic full-body workout in a heated studio designed to enhance mobility, circulation, and muscle engagement. This Pilates-based class combines core strengthening, functional movement, balance, and endurance exercises performed on the mat using bodyweight and small props.
