A progression from our Traditional Reformer classes, Reformer Strength combines Pilates spring resistance with external strength training tools such as dumbbells to build muscular strength, endurance, and stability. This low-impact, full-body workout delivers the benefits of gym-based strength training while maintaining the core-focused control, precision, and alignment principles of Pilates. Suitable for all fitness levels, with progressions and modifications available.

The class concludes with an additional 15 minutes of guided static stretching, using the reformer’s spring resistance to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension and stiffness, and enhance overall movement quality. This class is ideal for those looking to build strength while dedicating extra time to flexibility, recovery, and mindful movement.
