Physiotherapy

Relieve pain. Restore Movement. Prevent Further Injury.

Our physiotherapists provide expert, one-on-one care through thorough assessment, diagnosis, hands-on treatment, targeted exercise, and movement education to address the root cause of pain—not just the symptoms. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve mobility and performance, every treatment plan is tailored to your goals. When appropriate, physiotherapy is seamlessly integrated with Clinical Pilates to build strength, improve movement quality, and support long-term recovery.

Restore movement. Improve strength. Prevent Future Injury.

Clinical Pilates is a physiotherapist-led rehabilitation program used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan to restore movement, build strength, and improve movement quality. Following a thorough assessment, each program is individually tailored to your condition, goals, and stage of recovery, ensuring every exercise is safe, targeted, and progressive. Delivered through private one-on-one or semi-private sessions, Clinical Pilates helps reduce pain, prevent re-injury, and support long-term recovery so you can return to the activities you love with confidence.

Empowering you to live well with osteoarthritis. Improve quality of life. Reduce pain.

GLA:D® is a physiotherapist-led osteoarthritis management program that combines patient education with progressive strengthening and neuromuscular exercises. Designed for individuals with hip and knee osteoarthritis, the program helps improve physical function, reduce pain, and build confidence in movement. Through guided group sessions, participants learn practical strategies to manage symptoms and maintain an active lifestyle.

Support pelvic floor integrity. Strengthen core. Remain strong through pregnancy.

Our Pre & Postnatal Reformer Pilates Exercise Program provides physiotherapist-guided exercise tailored to the changing needs of your body throughout pregnancy and after childbirth. Focusing on core strength, pelvic floor function, mobility, and overall conditioning, the program supports a healthy pregnancy, prepares your body for birth, and helps restore strength and function during postpartum recovery. To ensure every participant receives a safe and personalised program, all clients begin with a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and a one-on-one Clinical Pilates session before joining the group classes. This allows our physiotherapists to assess your individual needs, develop a tailored exercise program, and teach any modifications required. Once in the group setting, each participant follows their own individualised program under physiotherapist supervision, ensuring exercises remain appropriate as your body changes throughout pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Create healthier work environments. Reduce workplace strain. Support employee wellbeing.

Our Ergonomic Workstation Assessment service supports organizations in promoting workplace health and safety by identifying and addressing ergonomic risks within office environments. Our physiotherapists assess workstation setups—including chairs, desks, monitors, keyboards, mice, and other equipment—while considering the unique needs, physical requirements, and health concerns of individual employees.

Through personalized recommendations and practical education, we empower employees to optimize their workstations across office, home, and hot-desking environments. Assessments can be delivered onsite, virtually, or within home workspaces, providing organizations with a flexible solution to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries, support employee wellbeing, and foster a healthier, more productive workplace.
